The facility includes:

• 65 peaceful and serene acres that foster a positive working and resting environment for horses.
• Groomed 1/4 mile training track for breaking.
• New 1/2 mile groomed track for gallops and breezing.
• New 1/2 mile turf course with uphill breeze strip.
• 4 horse starting gate on site for daily gate training.
• Covered 70ft 8 horse EZYwalker horse exercise machine with all-rubber footing and rubber matted walls.
• 60 ft 6 horse Odyssey horse exercise machine with all-rubber footing and matted walls.
• 200'x300' riding arena with groomed stone dust footing for year round riding.
• Several large flat paddocks for plentiful turn-out.
• Two barns with 55 total 12' x 12' stalls that are filled with deep bedding and cleaned meticulously daily.
• Indoor wash stalls in each barn with hot and cold water.
• Six various sized round pens.
• Miles of trails through the woods and property.
• 4 Large pastures for group turn-outs with extra large run-in sheds and running water.
• Camera surveillance in several locations and in two mare foaling stalls.
• Family house is on site to monitor any issues.
